Our second chef! Growing up with Filippo, he had various experiences around Italy and Europe and then returned to his side in our kitchen; irreplaceable in the preparation of appetizers and main courses and in experimenting with new dishes together with the chef. A tireless worker, the restaurant is his second home for him.

Our bread and breadsticks, now an icon of our restaurant, are made by him: Sry. In addition to being a good baker, he is an excellent connoisseur of oriental spices and we also owe to him the success of our desserts.

Certainly our restaurant would not be the same without her: Criseide! He has been with us since day one and is the pink share of our staff. She manages the room, as well as actively collaborating in the selection of the wine list. Attentive to every detail, a quality that, associated with its brightness, helps us to make you feel good!
